As has been previously announced, Microsoft will release the Windows operating system 8.1 Preview on June 26, 2013 in the Microsoft BUILD Conference event.
In addition to introducing several new features in Windows 8.1 Preview, Microsoft will also introduce a new browser into the next generation of Internet Explorer 10 and will form a formidable opponent for Firefox and Chrome, that is the Internet Explorer 11.
A leaked document reveals that Microsoft will equip Internet Explorer 11 with a new feature called Click to Call. The Click to Call feature on Internet Explorer 11 browser allows the user to call the number listed in the browser.
Until now there has been no official statement about operation of Click to Call feature embedded in the browser Internet Explorer 11. Reportedly, the Click to Call feature in Internet Explorer 11 is utilizing Skype service owned by Microsoft.
