Twenty years of surveys period have been achieved and the result was obtained that participant groups with high calcium intake about 77 percents showed lower risk of kidney stones than the low calcium groups.

The groups are meet 450 milligrams of calcium intake each day from non-dairy products show better risk to be spared from the kidney stones while other groups are meet 800 milligrams of calcium intake from dairy products only show about 30 percents risk of kidney stones compared those groups who meet 150 milligrams calcium intake.
