Should You Know About The Vegetarian Diet groups?

Living healthy needs a constancy to keep diet for health. There is no diet to be good than fresh meal, fruits, and vegetables. However, the people commonly have misunderstood define for vegetarian.

An explanation from Nutritionists show that the high fat from animal meats, animal dairy and other meals that sourced from animal are the causes of diabetes mellitus, high blood pressure, obesity and coronary heart. Nutritionists have announced about health benefits to consume high intake of fruits and vegetable.
Historically, vegetarians traced from philosophical beliefs, specifically religious traditions and teachings of Buddhism and Hinduism.

During 19th century, the vegetarian practice transcended religious boundaries when the Vegetarian Society form the British non-religious organization, became famous in 1847.

There are four vegetarian groups, they are:

1. Pure Vegetarian, They do not consume all meals that made from animal such as meats, eggs, and dairy.
2. Lacto Vegetarian, these vegetarians do not consume meat and egg but they still consume dairy.
3. Ovo Vegetarian, They are consuming the eggs, but meat and dairy, they don’t.
4. Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian, They do not consume the meats, but consume eggs and dairy.

Actually, there is one group of vegetarian; namely semi vegetarian. They don't consume "red flesh" like cow, sheep, etc. However, they still consume "white flesh" like fishes and prawns. Due to they consume white flesh; other vegetarian groups was reject them as a part of their vegetarian groups.

Some people found that the vegetarian diet is inadequate to meet the daily nutritional requirements. However, dietitians have explained that plant-based meals are low cholesterol, low saturated fat, and low salt.

Whatever your vegetarian groups, awareness of healthy living involves the different choice that may bless of your life. Lifestyle for health is well-being for all of us.
