Bed time
A lot of people do exciting activities on weekends and do not get enough sleep at the time. However, it can disrupt your bed time during the week. Treat your daily bed time to the same schedule; don't make difference time for sleeping each night.
Light exercise
A light exercise such as jog or yoga for five or ten minutes a day will make your body weary. When you are going to sleep, then your body was in relaxing condition. Light exercise is also useful to enhance your heart rate and metabolism.
Snacks on the night
Metabolism is increased when you ate food and heart rate rising when the body digest food. Try to not eat in an hour or two before sleeping to ensure the body is fully rested.
Leave alcohol
The nightcap myth was making you drift off when alcohol makes you fatigue and your sleep interfered by drunk habit. You never feel rested when you wake up.
Be a far from stimulants
Caffeine and nicotine are the source of jitter. Some people drink some coffee or smoking before sleeping night and hoped that get the comfort of sleep.
