The experiment results have discovered that participants with no breakfast were seemed hungrier at lunch and their calorie intake increased over 140 calories. But, the last times of the day; they ate on average 400 calories or less, than participants with breakfast.
However, the researchers explained that the results can only implemented to healthy adults. The folks with diabetes or hypoglycemia is advisable to take breakfast to keep up their blood sugar levels.
"It's an interesting study," Christine Santori. But, "it was looking at caloric balance, not caloric quality."

Whereas a recent study pointed out of 1,600 men who skipped breakfast were more likely to have a heart attack to 27 percent.
Dr Leah E. Cahill explained that skipping breakfast may trigger the risk of diabetes, obesity, and high blood pressure, which may lead to heart attack.

For 16 years his study has tracked about 27,000 people, while the study of Cornell University observed the some college students who skipped breakfast a few weeks.
