1. Mango
Mango contains the Antioxidants Quercetin and Isoquercetin which give protection from colon cancer disease. Mango is rich in vitamin A, C and Carotenoids that useful to increase the immune and preventing the inflammation.
2. Papaya
This fruit is good for overcoming the constipation, since papaya has a proteolytic enzyme called papain and chymopapain, both enzymes act to depress the risk of inflammation in the intestinal and healing the other diseases.
3. Ginger
This is the one herb useful as anti-inflammatory and also prevent colon cancer.
4. Turmeric
Turmeric has curcumin content that act as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anticancer. This herb is useful to be antifungal and antibacterial.
5. Cinnamon
Cytokine is a substance in the cinnamon that serves as an anti-inflammatory. Cinnamon also acts as an antibacterial and antiviral.
6. Linseed and walnuts.
Both contain omega-3 fatty acids that are useful to prevent inflammation.
7. Probiotics
Probiotics are the good bacteria that involved in the process of food digestion. In the intestine, those bacteria will take precautions against some harm bacteria as the cause of diseases in the body. Probiotics appear in fermented milk, yogurt and so on.
8. Glutamine
It is an amino acid that useful to increase the digestion and immune system. Glutamine is also working to recover damages to the intestine, shield for the intestinal lining, and undoing the damage caused by bowel leakage.
