The meaning  of information is an explication, illumination or news that important to be revealed. The information forms are news, articles, books, discourse and much more that you can find in this age. Information has three characteristics are useful, enlightening and interesting.

Oxford dictionary has explained the meaning of information as the facts for notified, heard or found from someone. In broad outline, the information is the knowledge gained from someone.

The information is useful for decision maker, because it reduces uncertainty (increasing the knowledge). Processing the collected data and facts are the result of information with certain ways as a method to know the objective condition.

Data is the facts or realities that sourced from events and real unity. The events are something happened on particular time. Real unity is in the form of a tangible object such as places, objects and people really exist and happen.

1. Accuracy and verified: Information should be free of mistakes and not misleading.

2. Perfection of information: Information presented without subtraction, addition, and alteration.

3. Punctuality: Information presented in a timely manner, as a basis for decision-making.

4. Relevance: Information will have a high value of benefits, if those people in need can receive the information.
